Fua Kru
Midterm fashion line for FAS 232. a 12 piece line inspired by the images of graffetti and a pearl necklace.
The Performance
From the New Yorker short story, "the Performance". It's about a blonde haired, blue-eyed tap dancer who is invited to dance for Hitler during the war. Hitler is so entranced and impressed with his dancing that he wants to open a Nazi propoganda TAP DANCING SCHOOL. When I read that, I just couldn't help myself from drawing this.
Spring 2010 magazines
All the work that appeared in Jerk and Equal Time in their entirety. Jerk is notorious for flipping over and cutting off half of my illustrations for "layout purposes". *side eye*
Game Cover Re-design
For my ILL 400 Painter class, we had to
re-design any game cover we wanted. I choose General Girl Gotta Groove, a computer Barbie game from back in the day that I LOVED. It wasn't really that good of a game-it froze all the time, and the dance moves were really repetitive. But it made me happy, which is all that matters!
